Ghibli Museum Question

Hi everyone, I am going to visit Japan with my daughter at the end of the month and I tried to get tickets to the Ghibli Museum, but that did not work out.

Is there a gift shop or something that a visitor can access even if they do not have a ticket like other museums have?
