I want to visit several parks in Hokkaido in my seven days there— haven’t dived into the logistical details yet because I want to make sure it’s even a vaguely realistic plan first.
Day 1: Arrival in Sapporo
Days 2-6: Daisetsuzan, Akan-Mashu, Kushiro-Shitsugen, Shiretoko
Day 7: Departure from Sapporo early in the morning
All in late September. No car, just trains/buses. Is this an insanely overpacked plan? I don’t want to see every centimeter of each park, just to check out a couple highlights and go on a hike every day. Thanks in advance!
