Hi guys I come from South America where we can easily find meat shops or butcheries where we actually use to buy meat for barbecues or whatever dish we want to cook.
I’ve been struggling personally since I really want to cook some of my back home recipes for my Japanese family here in Osaka, but I only get to find sliced meat, wagyu or Japanese style beef.
No offense, it is all great but does anyone know where I can find bigger chunks of meat, like whole chicken, rump steaks or any kind of western like cuts?
