I want to buy a sim card but i don't have bank account yet . it's going to take around 1-2 week for the account to be opened but it's getting a issue until i can't get a sim card ? is there any way like i pay the money for the first month and as soon as i get the account i update the account ?
And What's with the 1 Yen Iphone ?? How can i get one ? I'm 21 year old on 15 month visa . It's kinda hard to understand like which service provider giving this offer or what's the catch ??? Please help me out .
