Recommendations for 30+ years old nightclubs / bars

I also usually go clubbing at Ghost or Club Life but Im feeling older and older whenever I go there 😂
Anyone have recommendations for clubs or bars where the 30+ crowd hangsout? Preferably hiphop but open to other genres too
