I’m a sucker for these to go boxes at my local sushi restaurant. They’re cheap and usually look like this. My question is, based off what yall see here.
How unhealthy is it? Of course I know it’s far from healthy, but on days where I eat mostly Oikos/low carb, it’s hard not to treat myself to one of these.
Just worried that they may be extremely high in cals and low in protein

It’s not unhealthy at all. Are you eating it for every meal? Once a month? Do you exercise often? What does the rest of your diet look like? No single food is unhealthy, there are foods you should eat more often (lean proteins, vegetables, fruits, whole grains etc) and foods you should eat less often (pizza, cheese sticks etc)
It really just depends on your general goals

If you are worried about high carbs, then just go for sashimi cuts and a side of miso soup. High protein and low carbs.
Yeah crab meat isnt my thing either
