I just moved to Osaka like 3 weeks ago and today I got the water bill in the mail, my question is where do I pay it? The real state agents that found me my apartment told me that I just take the bills to a combini and I could pay them in there but I just went to one and they told me I cant? My japanese is still very basic at the moment so I couldn't ask the combini clerk any questions and I didn't find any info online. (The thing that arrived is a slip of paper with mostly blue ink, it has my last names, dates from when I moved to today, a total of how much do I need to pay I'm guessing and other stuff that I'm not totally sure what it means. Just telling this in case it's not the actual bill or something)
