I’m asking cause I’ve been really just eating conbini, and I know that’s not good so I’m trying to change.
I spend around 3,000 daily 14,000 weekly on food right now and I’m pretty sure that’s a lot but I’m not sure. How much would groceries shopping actually lower my food bill?
Ps: I’m a body builder so I would need more protein etc foods like meat ( and just eat more)than a regular person
Edit: all the comments are really helpful! I appreciate it, I’m already finding ways to save money, and still reach my goals!
