Does anyone in Kyoto regularly make their own kefir?

I’m interested in starting to make my own (preferably water type) but I don’t really want to order online if someone locally already has a surplus of grains. Plus it would be nice to be able to ask for advice if I need any!
I’m of course happy to pay for the grains or trade for something else in return.
