Plans to move Osaka

Aello people.

I plan to move to osaka for school.

Since my school is in 西区, I was initially going to move there, but i heard it can be expensive, so I was wondering if anyone knew of any areas around there instead

I can do 40,000-50,000円 a month and up to a 30 minute walk if need be.

To add, if you have any other extra information about the neighborhoods that you suggest would also be extremely helpful.

I asked the few osakans I knew and most of their answers boiled down to `I dunno i just live here`.
