Hello there, this is my first time travelling to Japan with a friend, am heading to Osaka-Nara-Kyoto for around 5 day in this coming mid June (12th – 17th June). Any suggestion regarding to my itinerary plan? And how's the weather there? Some says it was Rainy Season during the mid June period.
Day 1: Osaka
- Arrival at Kansai International Airport
- National Museum of Art, Osaka & Nakanoshima Museum of Art, Osaka
- Check in to APA Hotel Osaka-Higibashi-Ekimae
- Umeda: Umeda Sky Building, Hep Five Ferris Wheel & Thrift Shopping (any suggestion?)
Day 2:
Nara (Morning – Afternoon)
- Yomogi Mochi, Noborioji Park, Nara National Museum, Todaiji Nandaimon Gate & Todaiji Museum
- Lunch (any suggestion for Halal Restaurant?)
- ほてい湯 Onsen
Osaka (Night)
- Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping Street (Google say it's closed on 20:00, is it worth coming there at night?)
- Dotonbori Bridge, Tombori River Walk & Glico Man
- Kuromon Market
- Dinner around Dotonbori area (Halal Restaurant, anyone?)
Day 3:
Osaka (Morning – Afternoon)
- Osaka Castle Park, Osaka Museum of History
- Lunch (any suggestion for Halal Restaurant around Osaka Castle area?)
Kyoto (Evening)
- Heading & Check In to Kyoto
- Thrift Shopping around Moxy Kyoto Hotel area
- Yasaka-Jinja Shrine, Gion (Read about the tourist ban at some area due to Geisha harassment, is it still happen?), Hanamikoji Street & Sannenzaka
- Having some dinner (any suggestion for Halal Restaurant there?)
Day 4:
Kyoto (Morning – Evening)
- Fushimi Inari Temple
- Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, Arashiyama Park Kameyama Area
- Nishiki Market, Kyoto Owl's Forest
- Lunch around Nishiki Market area (again, any suggestion for Halal Restaurant there?)
- Check Out & Back to Osaka
Osaka (Evening – Night)
- Cat Cafe MoCHA Shinsaibashi
- Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping Street
- Harukas 300, Tsutentaku & Namba Park
- Having some dinner around Namba area (any suggestion for Halal Restaurant there?)
Day 5: Osaka
- Minoh Park, Minoh Park Insect Museum & Minoh Falls
- Evening: Namba Yasaka Jinjya Shrine
- Taihei-no-yu Namba (Public Onsen)
- Late Lunch after having Onsen & back to Hotel
- TeamLab Botanical Garden Osaka
- Dinner (Halal Restaurant nearby Nagai Station)
Day 6: Check Out & Sayonara Japan
