Hi all, I will be visiting Okinawa in about a month with my wife, who has a gluten allergy. She’s not celiac but does get pretty bad GI pain. Preventative pills can help for small amounts in sauces etc.
Does anyone know of a soba restaurant that serves gluten free noodles? Okinawan soba is regrettably typically wheat-based. I seem to remember a gluten free soba place on or near Route 81 in Ginowan circa 2012 (might have been called Hana Soba?) but can’t find it now.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
