Not really Japanese food but at least you used the best kind of sliced white bread.
Definitely yoshoku cooking, but still sounds pretty good to me. Shokupan makes great grilled sandwiches and Texas Toast. In this particular case, add in some fruit jam or thin slices of apple or pear! It really helps cut through how heavy buttered bread, cheese, and meat can be together.
It’s not grilled cheese, it’s gurīrudo chiizu
God, I miss their bread and its variety of slice thickness options.
The, still sort of, lactose intolerant me says I should avoid something like this?
I’m too hungry right now. It looks absolutely amazing
Not too sure what’s Japanese about this looks tasty though. But if you’re in Annandale, get yourself some Korean food. It’s the Korean capital of NoVa. Lots of good spots, the Tours les Jours you even mentioned is a huge South Korean chain.
Nicely done!
Let’s try making it tomorrow.
Can anyone tell me whats so good about this bread? Is it super fluffy? Comparable to Texas Toast? Im so curious lol
