Which Tokyo city is your favorite to live in?

Hi everyone, I’m originally from Okinawa. I moved to Kanagawa few years ago, then Tokyo. I hope this question is allowed.

I am going to be moving soon, since I want a slightly bigger space. I figure I will this time move to a better city, maybe even to make some friends.

Any advice?
