Hi all, I just moved to a small town outside of Morioka in what can only be described as the “inaka.” I’ll be here for two years and am desperately in need of home wifi. I’m oscillating between SoftBank Air and Sakura Mobile.
SoftBank Air:
– I’ve heard terrible things about its connectivity, particularly when streaming videos and playing video games (two things I frequently do).
– The only draw is its price which, compared to Sakura Mobile, is much cheaper.
Sakura Mobile:
– Unlimited, which is awesome
– Quite a bit pricier than SoftBank Air
– Most of my coworkers suggest Sakura, granted they haven’t tried SoftBank.
– 24/7 English customer support
What do people suggest given these circumstances? Ought I pay the premium of Sakura?
