I am looking at programs for this fall and one that seems interesting is in Hirakata and I was just wondering if people would recommend studying there. I know it isn’t a major city but is it still a fun place to be? Is it easy to go into Osaka to do stuff there? If anyone has any sort of insight that would be great!
