2. It’s not nori. It’s soy paper.

3. Sisho?? What it taste like? Have you tried looking up the item on the restaurants menu to look for a description or ingredients?

4. Konbu. It’s made by compressing sheets of konbu together then shaving it.

   It’s called Oboro-konbu, or Tororo-konbu when shaved thinner, but they’ve made a thicker version as an alternative for nori, calling it [sushimaki-konbu](https://n-konbu.com/publics/index/26/detail=1/b_id=123/r_id=56/).
