Looking for a lawyer to help a friend out with an issue. Extended building teardown next to their apartment has turned out to have been filled with asbestos and no neighbors were notified, despite the powder covering their ac unit, laundry, balcony, etc for months.
They are looking to get in touch with a lawyer to look into this. I assume this would be someone involved in property/construction/rental law perhaps.

Incident in in Kyoto, but a good lawyer anywhere in Kansai is acceptable. Know an asbestos guy in Tokyo? That'll work as well.
Please let me know if you know of anyone. Doesn't have to be a specialized lawyer as mentioned above, just someone in law to get the process rolling on a referral would be helpful. Thanks.
