Hotel recommendations?

Hi!

I was wondering if 1) anyone has any hotel recommendations for the following cities or 2) could provide insight into the hotels listed:
– Kanazawa: considering Hotel Nikko
– Okayama: considering ANA/hotel granvia
– Fukuoka: considering Miyako Hotel/Hotel Nikko

Preferably they should be close to the main Shinkansen station (for Fukuoka it would be Hakata Stn., Okayama would be Okayama Stn. etc) and mid/mid-high price would be good!
