Laptop stores recommendation for a student

Hello. I am planning to buy a laptop next month when I get there. My friends here recommended me to buy one in Japan since there will be a warranty and promotions for a student. I can speak Japanese to a certain level, but as this is my first time here so it would be better for me to recommend a shop where I can use either English or Japanese.
