Cold Ramen


Cold ramen noodles in a chilled 'niboshi' (sardine) broth really hit the mark on a hot summer day.

Found at Koraku Ramen shop in Okayama City; this is some sort of special, "this-month only" type of ramen. One bowl = 1,000 yen.
