I'll be on SSW visa, that means I'll be able to work only in the restaurant. But, aside my work in restaurants I'd like to do a job as a freelance in overseas company. I know that if you want to work as a freelancer you need to sign some documents in and I'll have to do the end of the year tax form if I'd do the freelance. Should I also ask the government to let me work outside my visa or only signing in as freelance will do the job?
