Early in the year I switched to Ahamo's 20g plan. I have had no connection issues with them except for one incident. In May, I attended a concert at Nissan Stadium in Kanagawa. Merch at the show was preorder and you showed a QR code to pick it up. When I got to the stadium, due to the crowd I'm assuming, I could not connect to data at all. I couldn't load my QR code or the confirmation email, and I know I still had more than half of my data limit remaining at the time. I gave up on the merch but fortunately this concert was paper tickets so I was still able to get in without issue.
My problem now is I am attending another concert also at Nissan Stadium in August and this show is eticketed through e-plus. I am worried about having the same connection issue and not being able to load my ticket into the venue. I'm pretty sure e-plus has something that needs to be swiped at entry, so a screenshot won't work and I'm going solo so I don't have anyone I can tether data from. Right now, the best solution I can think of is renting a pocket wifi for the day and hoping that it has stronger signal, but I am wondering if there is anything else I can do?
