How come new japan hasn’t run the Seibu Dome again?

So I just watched the G1 24 Final between Okada and Nakamura which was a awesome match. And I think one thing that added to the match was the arena. That felt like I was watching a Wk match.

I'm confused why the company didn't try running this arena again. The attendance was 18K which is a big number for the G1 Final. That Arena feels like a perfect place to have Dominion or Power Struggle. It's a different arena that feels big and could have that big spectacle outside of Wk.
