Recently I was in Japan and I opened up a Japanese bank account and deposited some money. However, a family emergency cropped up and I had to come home, before I was issued the bank card (Which I now have possession of), which meant I was unable to withdraw my money before leaving Japan. I can't email or get a hold of the bank service in English and I don't know how to fill everything out online properly to be able to wire myself the money. It's a substantial amount, honestly. I was wondering if anyone could help me?

You won’t be able to do anything without returning to Japan.
Which bank? You should be able to do a 振込 via your online banking or app to Wise or Revolut from where you can convert, transfer or withdraw it anywhere (which we can guide you through when we know the bank). Maybe it is a debit card and then also works in foreign ATMs.
You should reach out to a local friend or acquaintance who might assist with translating or contacting the bank on your behalf. If that so you might need to go back there if possible.
