I could really use some help here.

1. Could someone with a keen eye confirm that this retaining wall is 2.08 meters. Or am I reading it incorrectly?

1. The retaining wall was not inspected as part of the "home inspection", this seemed very atypical to me.

Should I push for an out of pocket inspection before signing?
(Property is 17 years old in Tokyo).
