なんとか – examples of using this

Please can you give some examples of how なんとか is used?

Even without example, it’s kinda understandable, no? :o)

I will manage to graduate from university somehow, [no matter what it takes]. (The implication here is that you are a difficult spot with your studies.)

なんとかして means that you will use whatever means necessary, to overcome a difficult situation.

  3. There’s also the fun variations like 〜とかなんとか (carries a dismissive tone)

(His name was John or something)

Or like asking why someone didn’t come along, 疲れてるとかなんとか言ってた (“She said she was tired or something like that)

Also 〜なんとかかんとか which is basically the equivalent of the Seinfeld “yadda yadda yadda” lol.

  4. Thanks a lot for all your kind help!!

Seems to me it is better to learn from 外人s than 日本人s …

Maybe applies to any language … a knowledgeable outsider will be a better teacher of the language than a native.

    Any thoughts?

Everything will be okay ☺️🌊
Let’s do something about it😌🍣
