Typical contract differences between ALTing and a proper job in Japan?

So I'm rounding out my first year here as one of them JET alt's. I'm told all the time that working in the ALT world is hardly representative of the work/life balance and contract conditions of a 'typical' Japanese company. Sometimes it's much better, sometimes its worse.

What sorta differences are there in terms of PTO, sick leave, working hours, WFH, break times etc etc? I understand this is a very broad question!

For reference here is the broad strokes of my contract, which I understand is very good.

5 days a week, 7 hours a day. 45 minute lunch. No overtime.

WfH on holidays with lots and lots of caveats.

PTO: 20 days + special leave during school closures. Things like going to the dentist must be taken out of this time. There is no staying longer after hours to make up the hours.

Sick leave: 20 days paid, however if I want to take it I MUST visit a doctor that day. Weekends get counted.
