Let me be clear. I usually tip when I order Uber Eats cause I know the job sucks and I like to help people out, but for awhile I started pre-tipping just to make it easier. I then started to notice that I would get the slowest and unfriendly drivers. After a month or so of this, I went back to tipping after the order is completed and have been getting the most efficient and polite drivers again. Has anyone else had similar experiences?
