So as a woman with horrible period cramps I am used to having to take regular painkillers in Germany, and as far as I know it’s OK to take up to 2 or 3x 400mg of ibuprofen a day. So lets say 800mg
So now that I have a cold I went to the drugstore and got some Ringl? 200 mg ibuprofen (without coffeine) and it says do not take more than one at a time and max two a day. Which would be only 400mg a day.
I know in Germany doctors would even say, if you don’t have 400mg, take two 200mg and its fine. But can I do so with Japanese ibuprofen too??
I heard Japanese people are not used to strong pain killers, so I guess the package instructions are based on that, but I am a bit unsure if I can just double the dose?
