Info about a Japanese language school and part-time job

Hello, I will be moving to Kobe, Japan in April 2025 and studying at 神戸電子専門学校 (Kobe Denshi vocational school) – links below. The school is from 9 A.M to 3 P.M which I think is longer than regular language schools.
Also, will it be possible to work part-time at restaurants and the like outside of school hours? I heard that the limit is 4 hours per day and the rate is around 1500-2000 Yen/hr. I want to make sure that it is correct.
Also, is it possible to get a part-time job at a Japanese/foreign IT company while going to school?

I know there are a lot of questions about it, I have also contacted the school directly and the agencies in my country but the responses were not satisfying.

Kobe Denshi is not a regular language school, as far as I know, and it only selects students who are willing to join IT and Engineering colleges and pursue professions in those fields. Since the school hours are irregular, will they also teach anything about IT and Engineering in the 2-year language school program or will that probably be the Japanese terms and vocabulary about IT? If they teach anything about IT, is it possible to get a diploma or a certificate so that I can join an IT company in Japan afterward? Or will it only allow me to join an IT college, probably Kobe Denshi Institute of Computing?

Also, if I completed ITPEC FE & AP levels, can I join an IT company directly after 2 years of LS? Or is a college degree the only route to land a job and work permit?
