Early morning international flight from Narita

I’ve an early morning international flight departing from Narita around 8 am..

Going by Scoot with no check-in bags.

From the place I stay at, looks like the earliest I can reach the airport is around 7 am, just about an hour or so left until departure..

Is this sufficient to complete immigration and security check as I dont have check-in bags?
If not, any decent & cheaper places I can stay the previous night around Tokyo or Narita to catch the flight on time?
