2 Week Japan Itinerary Check (Sept 18-Oct 1)

Hi! I just booked a last minute trip to japan as a tagalong with my friend and her cousin.
This will be my second time (first was 10 years ago), but their first trip. So I will be doing some repeats in Tokyo since it’s my friend’s first time but there's honestly so much i havent seen.

I’m most excited for Kansai region and was wondering if I should take one day off of Tokyo and add another day to Kyoto or another day trip outside of tokyo/kyoto. Not sure if I’m being too ambitious. I generally like to leave some room for unplanned exploration, food, and downtime.

Head to SEOUL/OSAKA (My friends are going onto Seoul S.Korea and I’ll be solo traveling onto West Japan)
*I can’t decide if I should hang out in Sapporo for the day and head to OSAKA in the evening or leave earlier and get to OSAKA by noon
Arrive in Osaka 
Visit Dotonbori and spend the night in Osaka 

September 25 
Osaka castle 
Namba Yasaka Shrine
*maybe I need more research but there wasn’t much in Osaka that appealed to me… please suggest other must dos/places to eat
Head to Kyoto 

September 26 
Kiyomizu-dera
Hozugawa River Boat Ride 

September 27 
Fushimi Inari Shrine

*Any other must see suggestions for Kyoto 

September 28 
Head to Hiroshima 
Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum
Atombic Bomb dome
Visit miyajima island
Try okonomiyaki 
Spend the night in Hiroshima

Fly from Hiroshima to Tokyo 
*Other Tokyo suggestions?
Maybe Disneyland/Disneysea
Maybe combine Disneyland/sea (I wanted to visit just disneysea but I really wanted to ride 3 rides at Disneyland (baymax, pooh, and beauty&beast)… not sure if I can accomplish both in one day) 

September 30 
Day trip to Kamakura

October 1 
Head to airport around 2pm 
6:40pm NRT TO LAX
