Where to sleep at Tokyo Haneda Airport for 6:50am flight

Hi,

I will go to Tokyo in December and the my flight departing Haneda Airport T3 is 6:50am. What time I need to arrive at Airport for check-in and security check?

What is the option for the overnight sleep ? I am thinking of below options (with tight budget) of 4 pp

1. Sleeping at T3

• Any area I can sleep at T3 before checkin ?
• How way to fin the chair for sleeping and the rest ?
• Any airport lounges that allow us to stay overnight ?

1. Any budget hotel with free shuttle bus to airport that catch 6:50am flight ?
