I’ll start with I’m N4. I feel I have a pretty good grasp of vocab and grammar for my level, but when I comes time to speak it all goes out the window. Particles get chosen incorrectly, etc. Any advice on remedies for this? Do I need more reading? Should I get a speaking tutor?
