Wheelchair-friendly restaurant.

I have a wheelchair-bound relative coming to visit next week and looking for a nice ($$-$$$) restaurant in Ikebukuro for dinner that is wheelchair-friendly. Not a "family-style" restaurant but more fine dining. Any recommendations appreciated.
