Hi, moving soon and I found an apartment in Yodogawa, is it a good neighborhood ?
Also, i’m coming for a working hollidays, and wanting to know what cityhall I need to go for all the paperstuff ? And do you guys know babysitting agency that accept foreigners? Sorry a lot of questions 😭😊

Yodogawa is a big area. I think the neighborhood people most associate it with is Juso and though it’s considered a little seedy, I’ve lived there and enjoyed it a lot. I’ve also lived in Kanzakigawa which is a much quieter neighborhood but still a fairly quick train ride to Juso and Umeda. Also easy to get to Kyoto from the Hankyu line. I enjoyed the smaller community vibe in Kanzakigawa.
I lived in 西中島南方 and it was by far my favourite place in Osaka
