Hello! I will be traveling for 6 nights to Japan with some friends in November and will be staying in Tokyo. We will be arriving at Narita airport at 19:55 (7:55PM). I saw the JR pass fare increase and don't think it's something we would need considering we would be staying around Tokyo the whole time (checking out Shibuya, Shinjuku, Akasaka, Ueno).
Was wondering for our case, what would be the best payment method to use for us to get from Narita airport to Tokyo (and back) and then travel around those areas for 6 nights? Also, which areas would you recommend us to stay in for more direct access from the city back to Narita airport?
It will be my first time traveling to Japan and traveling internationally in general and I'm a little nervous and have a lot of research to do, so any advice would be awesome :') Thank you so much in advance!
