I'm going to be in Kyoto from the 29th August to the 1st September and the weather will be cloudy and rainy every single day. I was planning to visit Kiyomizudera and the temples in the area, Gion, Fushimi Inari, etc. And going to Nara for a Day trip, which now I don't know if it's worth the hassle because I wanted to see the deer and the park, and I don't know if it would be possible in this weather.
Any advice about the activities and tips for rainy days would be much appreciated.
