I was recently in Italy and looked up potential ramen places as I always do when traveling. There was a restaurant in Rome that was actually listed in the Michelin guide, yet wasn’t outrageously expensive. They did a variety of casual Japanese food which had me a bit worried that the ramen was going to be basic, but it was delicious! My photo doesn’t do justice to just how nice the chashu was. They had a lot of really cool dishes but unfortunately I didn’t have time to sample anything else as it was close to 3pm when restaurants usually close in Italy.
