Do I need to pay tax for receiving money?

So, the money I'm going to receive are mine, however, they're going to be sent by my sister since right now I can't access them without her help of sending them. (Tldr they're money for selling my property, which she will sell on my behalf and then send money to me)
She's going to send them to my Japanese card, which is why I'm concerned about this
