I found the Horizon 7.0, but it seems to be selling for twice what it does in the states, and English-language reviews are very mixed. They better 7.8 doesn't seem to be available here.
It doesn't need to be commercial-grade (I don't have 200V anyway), but I want a large running surface and sufficient power to run at my weight 100 kg+.
Most importantly, it needs to not feel "gross" when you run like the ~100,000 yen units do.
