What is the most economical pass to use for my Tokyo trip?

I will be Travelling to Japan Nov 1 – Nov 7 and have created a one week itinerary exploring Tokyo. I will be arriving in Haneda Airport and my Airbnb is located in Setagaya City (1 minute walk from Lawson Setagaya). I am wondering if I should just use pay as you go with an IC card or if there are weekly passes, or even 3 to 5 day passes that anyone may recommend. I was thinking about getting a 72 hour pass and a 48 hour pass for my week. I also came across a Greater Tokyo Pass which, correct me if I'm wrong, spans 5 days, but I'm not sure if that will allow me to go to my Airbnb. Any help is appreciated! Here is how my week itinerary looks like:
