I'm living in Osaka for the next 5-6 months. I was curious about getting a lip lift don't because it's significantly cheaper here than back in Canada. I was wondering if anyone knows about English speaking surgeons in Osaka as I can only find them in Tokyo.
I could do everything in japanese if anyone knows a good surgeon but I would prefer English since it's a medical procedure. Or any general experiences people have had would be a great help in making a decision.
