I guess I don’t know what fully cooked bacon is… I left it alone because it looked raw, called itself cooked, and it confused me.
I had some recently fresh cooked bacon at a hotel in kyoto. Too good! Costco also was selling short cut Japanese bacon that was made in japan. Almost tasted like the real thing but much thinner. 800yen per 600g or so!
Costco always has the Jones farm bacon in the refrigerated cured meat area.
