Hi there! I've never posted on here before so l'm not entirely sure how this works. Anyways, I will be going to Japan late October – late November. I will be in Tokyo on Halloween (Thursday, October 31) and I am looking for things to do on this day. I will be going to Disney days prior and saw a cosplay festival, however it is happening the weekend before I arrive! I know that Shibuya, which was the place to be, has put a ban on Halloween.
Therefore, I'm looking for other things to see and do instead as this is what I originally wanted to do. Is it still worth it to bring a costume and dress up for the day?
Would Shinjuku be a better option? I have heard Osaka is the place to be but unfortunately it does not work for me to get there for Halloween!
