Visiting Japan for first time – itinerary tips?

So on 10th September I'm beginning my 10 day Japan trip by flying into Osaka. I've made a rough itinerary so far and researched some cities I want to try visit which I'll put below, but any tips and recommendations would be appreciated.
Day 1 (10th): arrive into Osaka at 6pm
11-12th: explore Osaka
– visit Kuromon market
– Osaka castle
– umeda sky building
– Nakanoshima park
– shinsekai
– dotonbori tsuribori
– cup noodle museum
– anything else?

13th: day trip to Hiroshima
– bomb museum
– peace memorial
– atomic bomb dome

14th-16th: stay in Kyoto
– tea ceremony?
– ramen factory
– samurai theatre
– Nijo castle
– eikando zenriji temple
– kiyomizu temple
– ginkakuji temple
– samurai and ninja museum
– any other suggestions?

17th-20th: Tokyo
– ramen watanabe 🍜
– kura sushi
– sky tree
– senso ji temple
– tsujiki market
– shinjuku
– get the monorail to odaiba
– street karting at night
– day trip to Nara
– anything else?

So yeah, that's my rough itinerary at the moment, but keen to get some opinions on whether you may think I need more/less time in certain places, or if there are any other places that are a must see.
For reference, I'm a 22yr old guy, and mainly looking to see interesting cultural places, try some great local food, and of course see the main tourist attractions.
Thanks in advance 🙂
