My friend and I will be flying into Okinawa, but staying in Nago and have planned to rent a car to make sure we can get around. I’ve been searching for car rentals and it seems like all of them require having your license for three years. I don’t have a license. My friend who would be doing the driving has had it for a year and a half or so. Are we fucked?
