Went to a hospital in tokyo to get nose checked out. Looks like I need to fix my deviated septum and Turbinate reduction to fix breathing issues. I was quoted total will be around 200,000 yen – 30,000 yen, even with insurance. Does that seem too high? They did say I will likely need to be in the hospital for 5 days or so.
TLDR: How much should you expect to pay for septoplasty and Turbinate surgery in Tokyo?

I’m in Tohoku, had septum correction and turbinate reduction, hospital stay was seven days in a shared room (maybe 9, was several years ago) bill with insurance was around 80,000. I thought it was very cheap but I’m American and think all medical care is cheap 🤷♂️. It’s worth getting it done, first few days are especially miserable with the nose packing and already having breathing issues making it hard to sleep.
