Hi, As title suggests I’ve noticed fraudulent transactions on my Gaica. I’ve suspended it online but wondered if anyone had had success in getting a refund for the fraudulent withdrawals? If so, how did this process work?
Just to add the Gaica Helpline is available only 9-5 and in Japanese only (I’m not good enough in Japanese yet) so I’m planning a visit to the bank branch to explain and show them the transactions when I am able to have time off work. Just wanted some advice in the meantime. Thank you 😊
